The news item says that they got rid of the horses and donkeys after horse and donkey carts were banned on the streets.
My goodness...in some countries, rickshaws are pulled by humans.
Yeah, apparently in Romania horse and carts have been banned but I think this is because they hold up the traffic more that anything else. And don't get me started on rickshaws, I mean, how would you get one of them into a can?
