A Swiss friend once told me they eat horse-meat in Switzerland.
I bet it's the beef [cow meat] industry that's making the fuss to kill the competition before people get their teeth and taste-buds into horse meat, haha.
I like to eat a bit of horse when I go to France. Horse tastes like generic meat. Indeed it could easily be called MEAT with no further embellishment. I wonder tho, whether the UK population is being softened up to the pleasures of horse.
